Legal outplacement is an employer-funded service that addresses the needs of attorneys who have been downsized or terminated for any reason. Our legal outplacement division, Davis Transitions, will provide coaching, counseling, education, guidance, mentoring and support to attorneys acquiring a new position or exploring alternative career choices. We are in the unique position of being able to provide a great deal of knowledge about both law firms and in-house legal departments. We make the transition easier for attorneys because we understand their situation better than a general outplacement firm, and therefore, are able to efficiently help come up with an alternative plan that makes sense both personally and professionally.
